Terms of Service

By accessing or using turbo2do.com (“the Service”), operated by Winnovate Labs (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

turbo2do is a bilateral task management platform that allows users to create private and shared task lists with specific individuals. The Service is available via web at turbo2do.com.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• One person per account — sharing credentials is not permitted
• You must be at least 13 years old to register

• A free Starter plan is available with limitations
• Pro plan: ₹499/month (India) or $9/month (international)
• Business plan: ₹999/month (India) or $25/month (international)
• Payments processed via Razorpay (India) or Stripe (international)
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• No refunds for partial months
• Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance

You must NOT:

• Use turbo2do for illegal activities
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to access other users' private data
• Abuse the platform to spam or harass others
• Reverse engineer or copy the platform
• Use automated bots or scrapers

You own all tasks, notes, and files you create on turbo2do. You grant Winnovate Labs a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

We do not claim ownership of your content.

• When you create a shared list with another user, that user can view, create, and modify tasks on that list
• You are responsible for who you invite to your lists
• Either user may leave a shared list at any time

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for data loss due to service interruptions.

• You may delete your account at any time from the Profile settings page
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• On termination, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days

turbo2do is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Winnovate Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

These terms are subject to the Indian Information Technology Act 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules 2011, and the Consumer Protection Act 2019.

We will notify users of material changes via email with at least 30 days notice. Continued use of turbo2do after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
